Subscription Term & Perks
Minimum Subscription Period
This pink bar is the subscription term of your chosen device.
The blue bar is the minimum subscription period, the first half of your chosen term, no changes to your subscription (upgrade, purchase or cancellation) can be made during this period.
Early Upgrade & Cancellation
In the second half of your term, you can upgrade or cancel for a fee.
An early cancellation or upgrade incurs a AED 250 admin fee plus a variable change fee based on the length of your subscription term. See change fees here.
If you upgrade, your monthly fee may change, and your minimum period resets.
Decide Your Next Move
If you upgrade at the end of your term, no fees apply, but your monthly rate may change, and the term will reset.
If no action is taken, your subscription will automatically continue. After you've completed the required number of months, the device is yours to keep. You can find the exact duration here.
You can also click ‘Keep it forever’ on your account page to pay any remaining balance and keep your device.
Repairs & Replacements
Damage Report
When submitting a damage report, a AED 99 service fee applies before our team picks up the damaged subscribed device. No additional fees if repairs are needed. T&Cs apply.
Unrepairable Device Replacement
If the device is unrepairable, a AED 249 replacement fee will be charged in addition to the service fee. The replacement will be delivered once the fee is paid. T&Cs apply.
