1. Interpretation and Definitions

i. You:the individual accessing or using the ZAAM Services, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the ZAAM Services, as applicable.
j. Your Account:a unique account created for You to access the ZAAM Services or parts of the ZAAM Services (and Your will have a correlative meaning).
k. Your Device:any device held by you that can access the ZAAM Services such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
l. ZAAM:(also occasionally referred to herein as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”): ZAAM ZENSION MOBILE TRADING L.L.C, a Limited Liability Company – Single Owner registered in the United Arab Emirates under License number 834398 and Registration number 1725027, whose registered office is at [ ] Dubai, UAE.
m. ZAAM Services:the provision of Devices by Zaam through a subscription service in accordance with the order and Subscription Confirmation, including the option available to the Customer to return or purchase that Device at the end of the subscription period, together with the provision by Zension of a device protection solution for the Device for repairs and replacements of the Device.

While using the ZAAM Services, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the ZAAM Services. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of the ZAAM Services that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When You access the ZAAM Services by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. 4.5. To provide You: with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
4.6. To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
